This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between IntelliFlame Innovation Lab ("Provider") and yourself as the user ("User") that submits this free Threat Simulation Service ("TSS") request.

1. Eligibility
User represents and warrants that they are either the owner of the domain submitted for the TSS or an authorized representative of the organization responsible for the domain's security.

2. Legal Responsibility
User agrees to bear all legal responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the domain owner as a result of misuse or leakage of information provided during the submission process. The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the results of the TSS.

3. Purpose of Service
The primary purpose of the TSS is to assist the User in understanding the threat landscape associated with their domain. This service is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

4. Limitation of Liability
Provider shall not be held responsible for any cyber attack or incident resulting from vulnerabilities or findings that were not identified during the TSS. The User acknowledges that the TSS may not identify all vulnerabilities present in the domain.

5. Waiver of Claims
User agrees that they shall not hold Provider liable for any claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the TSS provided under this Agreement. This includes any claims related to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the findings.

6. No Legal Recourse
User acknowledges that this service is provided free of charge and that they cannot sue or request Provider to accept any liability for any consequences arising from the TSS.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the TSS. Provider will take reasonable measures to protect User's data but cannot guarantee complete security.

8. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from User's use of the TSS results or any breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR"), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
